Team Lead Brian Gubernick is now the top-producing agent at Keller Williams Arizona Realty, and in the top 10 most productive in the Southwest Region. His office has nearly 200 transactions in some phase of the short sale process at any given time. He completed over 700 short sales to date. #1 in production in market center (300 agents), Top 10 in region (18,000 agents), Top 50 in North America (80,000 agents). In 2007, Brian joined Keller Williams Realty and co-founded Homehelper Consultants. In the last 12 months HHC has negotiated and closed over 300 short sale transactions at an impressive 92.4% success rate (listing to closing ratio).
